Think of this as your 'Coral Seatbelt'. We pride ourselves on the quality of our livestock, as well as our customer service.  We have the best customers in the industry, and do everything we can to insure that you continue to shop with us.  In the rare case that you need to make a claim of DOA (Dead On Arrival), please see our policy below:

1. The Buyer must sign for and accept the shipment on FIRST attempted delivery, (In cases where the shipment is held at the FedEx Facility, you must sign for and pickup within the first 3 hours of operation on the day of arrival)
2. The Buyer must take a picture of the dead Livestock. This picture must be emailed directly to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  within the first 2 hours of the Buyer signing for the package.
3. HighEnd Corals is not responsible if wrong address is filled out by Buyer during checkout.
4. HighEnd Corals is not responsible for mechanical or weather delays from the shipping company.
5. HighEnd Corals will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item, not shipping costs.  Purchases using credit do NOT apply towards free shipping minimum, however if an additional $250 is purchased, Shipping will be included.
6. Due to the fact that some of our corals truly are one of a kind items, HighEnd Corals cannot guarantee replacement corals of exact item lost.

Shipping is an art these days, and we are creating masterpieces. We use only the best heat packs, with well insulated boxes and double bagged corals. We have a 100% Arrive Alive Guarantee and ship strictly FedEx priority overnight. We usually make our drop-offs/pick-up between 4:00-5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. This means that your package will arrive quickly and with less stress on the livestock. Currently our shipping day is Wednesday for Thursday morning Delivery. We only ship to the continental US at this time, and any orders placed with a shipping address outside of these 48 states will incur a $20 non refundable processing fee, and all other funds will be returned.

HighEnd Corals is an online Coral and Fish store based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Having been in the hobby and industry for years, we have seen how things have grown and changed rapidly. We try to model our business after others we have seen having success, and are constantly evolving to better serve our customers by bringing in and aquaculturing colorful corals.

The driving factor is love for the hobby, and a love to learn.  We are always reading and learning new tricks about husbandry as well as propagation.  While some of the things we have learned are proprietorial to our business, we are always striving to help others better their reef keeping abilities.  Jerry has been known for giving lectures and demonstrations to local aquarium clubs, ranging from basic tank setups to new advancements in the industry.  As a family man, he is often found holding his son, with one hand in the tank teaching friends about saltwater husbandry.
